Terms & Conditions - NcvtOnline Platform
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a single, centralized agreement that governs the entire NcvtOnline Platform ecosystem, including our website/platform at ncvtonline.com and every official Android application listed in Section 1 below (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, registering for, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Applications Covered by These Terms & Conditions
These Terms apply to the NcvtOnline Platform and to each of the following official Android applications:

Course/Subscription-based exam-preparation app: mock test series, module practice tests, and trade-specific preparation content.

Different Commercial Models — Please Note
NcvtOnline CBT Exam operates on a Course/Subscription model: you purchase individual Courses or time-bound Subscriptions to unlock specific test-series content.
NcvtOnline Mock Test and NcvtOnline Question Bank operate on a Feature / Premium Plan model: core content is free and ad-supported, and a single app-wide Premium Plan removes ads for a billing cycle. These two apps' terms are equivalent to each other; the Course/Subscription terms below apply only to CBT Exam.
Where a rule below differs by app, the applicable app is stated explicitly.
2. Definitions

3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account, and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use at ncvtonline.com@gmail.com.
4. Nature of the Service
NcvtOnline CBT Exam provides exam-preparation test series, mock exams, and question sets. Some Content is free; other Content requires purchase of a Course or Subscription.
NcvtOnline Mock Test and NcvtOnline Question Bank provide free-to-use practice tools and utilities supported by advertising, with an optional paid Premium Plan that removes ads.
The Service is a study aid across all applications and does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, official coaching, certification, or guaranteed exam outcomes. None of the applications are affiliated with, or guarantee alignment with, any official examination or certifying body unless expressly stated.
5. Access and Validity
5.1 NcvtOnline CBT Exam (Course/Subscription)
- Purchasing a Course or Subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the relevant Content for the stated validity period (monthly, semi-annual, or annual).
- Access to purchased Courses automatically ends on expiry of the applicable validity period unless renewed.
- We reserve the right to update, revise, add, or remove individual questions or test series within a Course during your access period to correct errors or improve quality, without materially reducing the overall value of the Course.
- Access is granted for a single account and must not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used to provide services to third parties.
5.2 NcvtOnline Mock Test & NcvtOnline Question Bank (Feature/Premium Plan)
- Core Features are available free of charge, subject to standard advertising support and any usage limitations we may apply (e.g., daily quiz limits) to ensure fair use and service stability.
- Purchasing a Premium Plan removes advertising for the duration of your billing cycle. The Premium Plan is a single, app-wide entitlement — it is not tied to, and does not constitute, ownership of any specific content item.
- Premium Plan access automatically ends on expiry of the billing cycle unless renewed.
- We reserve the right to update, revise, add, remove, or adjust individual Features at any time to improve quality, without materially reducing the overall utility of any active Premium Plan.
- Your account and any active Premium Plan are for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used to provide services to third parties.
6. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for new purchases at any time; such changes do not affect Courses, Subscriptions, or Premium Plans you have already purchased for their current period.
7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Cancelling an auto-renewing Subscription or Premium Plan stops future charges but does not automatically end your current, already-paid period.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our separate centralized Refund Policy, which forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, these Terms. Refund mechanics differ by application and purchase channel — see the Refund Policy for details.
9. Digital Products and Delivery
All Content and Features are delivered digitally within the applicable app/website. No physical goods are shipped. Unless a specific Course or app feature expressly states otherwise, the Service does not currently provide downloadable offline files or completion certificates; any such features, if introduced in the future, will be governed by additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All Content, Features, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licenses described in Section 5, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service or its Content.
All content on Ncvtonline, including but not limited to educational questions, notes, mock tests, articles, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, and the compilation of such content (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of KDhakar or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws globally, including the Indian Copyright Act (1957) and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
10.1 Reporting Infringement
If you believe that Content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email ncvtonline.com@gmail.com with: (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material.
10.2 Prohibited AI Scraping and Unauthorized Data Use
- You are expressly prohibited from engaging in any form of data scraping, crawling, harvesting, or automated data collection from the Website using any software, bot, spider, scraper, AI model, or any other automated means for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without our prior written consent.
- The Content of Ncvtonline may not be used to train, develop, fine-tune, or populate any Artificial Intelligence (AI) model, Large Language Model (LLM), machine learning algorithm, or any dataset thereof. This prohibition applies to all forms of AI systems, regardless of their intended use (e.g., generative AI, predictive AI, data analysis AI).
- Any unauthorized use of our Content, including but not limited to reproduction, redistribution, transmission, display, performance, or creation of derivative works, especially for AI training or similar technological purposes, constitutes a direct infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be subject to legal action.
- You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any aspect of the Website or its Content, or to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Website.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, exam-preparation purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
12. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Share, lend, resell, sublicense, or provide your account credentials or purchased Content/Premium Plan entitlement to any third party;
- Copy, scrape, mirror, republish, or redistribute Content in any form, including screenshots or screen recordings shared publicly or commercially;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service or harvest Content;
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with purchase verification, entitlement checks, security, ad-serving, or anti-fraud features;
- Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material through any support, feedback, or communication channel;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with us;
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use.
12.1 Framing and Display Restrictions
You may not create frames around our webpages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website without prior written approval. Specifically, without explicit written consent from KDhakar, you are prohibited from:
- Embedding or displaying Ncvtonline pages, content, or functionality within another website or application using
<iframe>,<embed>,<object>, or similar HTML tags. - Serving Ncvtonline pages or content through proxy URLs, content delivery networks (CDNs) not authorized by us, or AI preview systems that cache or redistribute our content.
- Using browser extensions, scripts, or any other technology to inject Ncvtonline content, data, or functionality into other digital environments.
We actively monitor for unauthorized framing and display. Violators will be subject to immediate blocking of access, issuance of DMCA takedown notices, and pursuit of appropriate legal remedies, including injunctions and damages.
13. Feedback and Support Submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content through support tickets or similar channels, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such submissions to operate, support, and improve the Service, without any obligation to compensate you.
14. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Service integrates third-party services, each governed by their own terms:
- Google Play Services / Google Terms of Service
- Google AdMob Terms
- Google AdSense Terms of Service
- Razorpay Terms of Service
Free or ad-supported parts of the Service may display advertisements served through Google AdMob (in the apps) and Google AdSense (on ncvtonline.com). For Mock Test and Question Bank, users without an active Premium Plan will be shown these advertisements. By using the ad-supported parts of the Service, you acknowledge that you may be shown personalized or non-personalized advertising as described in our Privacy Policy, and that you can control ad personalization using the settings referenced there.
Advertisements are served by Google and its advertising partners, and the content of individual ads is not selected, endorsed, or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content of, or your interactions with, any third-party advertisement, and clicking on an ad is at your own risk and subject to the advertiser's own terms and policies. Using ad-blocking software may degrade or disable free/ad-supported Features and is not grounds for a refund or service credit.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and its Content/Features are provided for exam-preparation and practice purposes only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that use of any application will result in a particular exam score, certification, or employment outcome.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall NcvtOnline, its developer, officers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Course, Subscription, or Premium Plan giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NcvtOnline, its developer, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any third-party right.
18. Suspension of Access
We may suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment chargebacks, sharing of credentials, prohibited activity under Section 12, or a security risk, pending investigation.
19. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account/data deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your license to access purchased Content or your Premium Plan entitlement ends immediately, without prejudice to any refund rights you may have under our Refund Policy up to the point of termination.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum available to you, the courts at the location of our registered support office in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
21. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet or infrastructure outages, acts of God, or governmental action.
22. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
